Marine Corps League Detachment #1001 meets on the Third Tuesday of the month at the VFW John Boyd Post 7318, 615 Page Street, Southern Pines, NC. Social hour begins at 1730 with a business meeting to follow at 1830.

For any new members who haven't been to a meeting at the VFW yet, it may be easier for you to find us if you park in the VFW parking area that borders South Page Street, vice the main VFW parking lot. As you face the VFW building from South Page Street, you'll see three doors. Our meeting room is the middle door. On the evening of the meeting, there should be a sign posted out by the door indicating our presence.

We also meet for an informal lunch at 1130 on the Fourth Wednesday of the month at Pete's Family Restaurant, 4088 US 15-501, Carthage, NC.

An informal dinner is held at 1800 on the Second Tuesday of the month at varying locations which are announced on this website as well as the Detachment Facebook page.
