Next Meeting Tuesday 8/18 at Legion Post 12, Carthage
The Sandhills Area Detachment's 251st Marine Corps Birthday Celebration will occur on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at the Pine Crest Inn in Pinehurst, NC.
Social hour will be held at 5 pm with dinner and ceremony following at 6pm. Cost is $55.00 per person with a choice of either prime rib or chicken.
Attire is formal/black tie preferred; semi-formal or business casual acceptable.

An informal get together including a cake cutting and Birthday ceremony will also be held on Tuesday, November 10th at 5:30pm at Dugan's Pub in Pinehurst, NC. There will be a cash bar and food will be available from the menu. The attire is come as you are.
